Who makes Walk-In Waitlist?
Walk-In Waitlist is made by Kallos Labs LLC, a small software company in Puerto Rico. We build it for barbershops, salons and other walk-in businesses that still run their line on paper or memory.
Why did we build it?
Walk-in tools tend to be made for appointments, priced per person in a way small shops feel, or available only in English. We wanted a line that is simple at the counter, fair to customers and fully bilingual.
What do we care about?
Honest estimates: a place in line first, and a time range that leans long rather than short.
Speed at the counter: the common actions are one tap.
English and Spanish everywhere, for customers and staff.
Privacy: no customer accounts, and phone numbers deleted 30 days after the visit.
