What counts as a seat?
Every person on your team list, you included, whether they sign in or share the front tablet. Bigger teams never pay more than 14 seats ($289.99 a month), and seats past 14 add no texts, so a shop has at most 10,500 texts a month before extra texts.
What do I get in the free trial?
The full product for 14 days with as many seats as you need and up to 300 texts. No card needed. Extra texts start only after you subscribe.
What happens when we run out of texts?
Extra texts cost $5 per 250, up to a monthly limit you set, and you can turn them off. If they're off or the limit is reached, texts pause until next month and customers keep following the live page.
Where do I pay and how do I cancel?
Billing is on the website only, through Stripe. You can change seats, update your card, see invoices or cancel from Billing in your shop's settings.
I have more than one location. How does that work?
Each location is its own shop with its own subscription. A person who works at two locations takes a seat at each.
Is sales tax included?
No. Prices are in US dollars and sales tax is added where it applies.
